Counselling: A Journey Towards Transformation

Specialising in women’s specific life transitions and changes, and moving past personal roadblocks, I’m here to provide you with a space for healing, growth, and transformation. One-to-one therapy forms the bedrock of my practice. Recognising that every individual has unique needs, our journey together will be a tailor-made Integrative Therapy programme. Each session is a step towards understanding your emotions, recalling early life experiences, and addressing the personal challenges or obstacles currently standing in your way. I use person-centred therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), ACT and Solution Focused Behavioural Therapy (SFBT) and also hold the ADHD Clinical Services Provider Certification (ADHD-CCSP).

How Does Counselling Work?

 

In our counselling sessions, you’ll find a safe, welcoming environment where we’ll explore your unique needs and experiences. We start with an open dialogue to understand your concerns and aspirations. This conversation informs our approach, focusing on areas most beneficial for you.

Using an integrative approach, I draw from my experience as a trainee Counselor, Transformologist, Yoga Master, Mindfulness Coach, and Meditation Teacher. We explore your thoughts and feelings, using a variety of methodologies and practices. We’ll create a complete holistic healing journey for you to follow.
