I’m Cheryl and I’ve been supporting women for the past 20 years through every life stage, using a combination of evidence-based therapies including Psychotherapy, Counselling, Sex and Couples Therapy, Mindfulness and Yoga/Somatic Movement. I am a Yoga Master, Women’s Health and Wellness Coach and hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from the University of Strathclyde. I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am currently studying towards a Masters Degree in the same, with the University of Roehampton.
My approach to counselling is warm and friendly. I make use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness; Person-Centred Therapy (PCT); Feminist Psychology; Psychodynamic Therapy and my extensive experience of women’s health through hormonal imbalances, pregnancy and post-partum and menopause, to offer a unique blend of therapeutic avenues for transformation.
