With over 20 years of experience in counseling, coaching and feminine yoga therapy, I’ve helped numerous women release what’s holding them back, empowering them to embrace their journey and thrive.

Born in Bonnie Scotland, I’ve been a Singapore permanent resident for the last 9 years, enjoying the vibrancy and diversity of this fantastic city with my husband, Mike, a consultant Cardiologist, and our teenage son. Beyond my professional life, I am a lover of yoga, sunshine, and laughter. I genuinely believe that these three elements combined can provide solutions to most of our problems.
